SUD Round Up Program for Students
In an effort to help students in McNairy County, Selmer Utility Division provides its customers with the Round Up Program. This giving opportunity rounds up utility bills to the next dollar. Donations range from $.01 to $.99 per month.
The donations are split between 2 programs. One-half of the funds is used to purchase computers and other technology within the McNairy school system. The other half is used to provide scholarships for students attending Jackson State Community College, UT Martin at Selmer, or TCAT in Crump.
As of December 1, 2019, Selmer Utility Division customers have donated more than $200,000 to these 2 programs. If you would like more information about the program, please call Selmer Utility Division. If you choose not to participate, you may Opt-out by calling Selmer Utility Division.
